Let’s get our patients/clients moving at home, and lead by example! This is a good place to discuss ideas on that topic.
There are many reasons why this is important eg stress reduction, preparing our bodies for immune response etc.
This short workout is a scaled down version of the exercises I work with the most volume. I do this short version sometimes as a mini break to break up periods of inactivity.
