Hey FPM fam! I wanted to contribute my latest quarantine program for anyone in need of some guidance at this time.
Otherwise, I hope that you are all well and I look forward to reconvening with many of you in NYC this June 🙂

6 days. No gym. My quads are still looking solid. My hair….
.
.
Nonetheless, I’ve been using a combination of handstands, capoeira, bodyweight and resistance training to help reduce the flattering of my curves .
.
.
Before my morning session of Kinetic Revival (huge gratitude to all who attended), I wanted to do more resistance training.
.
.
So without further ado:
Beast Crawls (2×10)
Single Arm Overhead Pause Squats (4×10). I loaded a backpack with books to add load.
Double Pause Push-Ups (3×10)
Single Leg Bent Over Rows (3×12)
Forward To Side Plank Transitions (3×15)

.
