Sequence for Neck Spasm by Megan-Marie Delegas

Play Video

I just sent this clip to a friend who was lifting and had an acute spasm in his neck. I’m always pro-movement within appropriate ranges and load, so I gave him this sequence.
The advanced section is how I would incorporate the exercises in a “workout” for him. This way he can stay active and feel less limited/fearful of his pain (I did give him some more guidelines in private, of course).
Hope this helps others? I have free time and could work on my video editing skills, so if anyone wants me to make videos for their patients, it would help me practice.
