Play Video

Home workout: Focus = Power and speed
.

  1. Kettlebell snatch (or swing) 5 reps
    .
  2. Rest 2 minutes between sets
    .
    Banded resisted sprint 10 seconds
    .
The intent and goal is to move as fast as you can maintaining technical proficiency.
    .
Go for 5 rounds of each. Once you feel your performance drop, can’t swing or snatch the bell, jump as high, run as fast or you need to rest longer the workout is over.
    .
While it’s not easy to train speed and power at home it can still be done!
    .
Not ideal circumstances but silver lining is being able to spend quality time and train with my beautiful fiance
    .
