Kettlebell Dead Lifts and Power Swings from Rekha Ayalur

Love this combo of an overloaded kickstand DL to power swings. The slow eccentric DL performed first helps to generate the power needed for the heavy swings. ⁣

As always, I keep the reps super low (2 DL followed by 2 swings, switch sides) to maximize force production over fatigue.
Modify from this advanced version by staying in the kickstand DL position (as opposed to single leg) on the way down.
