Hey everyone! I wanted to contribute to the awesome set of home workouts that have been posted here with another HIIT session! This one only takes 20 minutes and all you need is a resistance band. If the exercises feel too easy, feel free to add some extra load.
- Alternating Forward Lunges
- Push-ups
- Good Mornings
- Jump Squats
- Bent Over Rows
15sec on/15sec off
Repeat x7 for a total of 8 rounds!
