To Complete Session run over the 4 exercises give 3/4 Rounds Alternating Sides through each exercise.
Warm up
20 Wide Stance Straight Leg hip hinges
10 Narrow Single Leg hip hinges
10 alternated Split Stance hip flexors stretches with torso rotation
10 split stance hip raises ( L & R )
10 diving push ups
10 torso rotations in iso low squat
Exercise 1
5 Repetitions of the 4 Functional Leg Variations for each leg counts as one round
( L & R)
Exercise 2
10/12 Half kneeling to single leg dead lift
Exercise 3
10/12 Wall support standing Thera band mini kick butts ( L & R )
Exercise 4
10/12 Single leg Standing to sit get up or Single leg standing to tap get up ( L & R )
Once complete 3/4 rounds of the 4 exercises alternating sides
Finish the session with 3/4 30 secs rounds of double leg lateral jumps
