So you asked your mom for kettlebells for Christmas and got a teakettle instead and you’re kicking yourself for spending your Christmas bonus on a trip to France that’s cancelled instead of some dumbbells . Now you’re looking for some movements to do to stay active at home without equipment.
Don’t worry. We’ve got you. .
Elbow taps in high plank x 10
Plank to push up x 10 (switch sides half way)
Saw plank x 10 (plus 5 on each side)
Plank roll x 4
Rinse and Repeat. Don’t forget to wash your hands
Use the block on your back (or a roll of toilet paper – lord knows you have 897 of those laying around) it will be your coach, don’t drop it!
