Love this combo of an overloaded kickstand DL to power swings. The slow eccentric DL performed first helps to generate the power needed for the heavy swings.
As always, I keep the reps super low (2 DL followed by 2 swings, switch sides) to maximize force production over fatigue.
Modify from this advanced version by staying in the kickstand DL position (as opposed to single leg) on the way down.
