FPM-Lab Immersion Experience TRAIN

Advance Training & 3D FITNESS ACADEMY presents

DR. CRAIG LIEBENSON & DR RYAN CHOW

First Principles of Movement – TRAIN: Building capacity and the trainable menu

Dr. Liebenson is coming back to  Czech Republic to present the First Principles of Movement Lab Immersion Experience FPM-TRAIN: Building capacity and the trainable menu. November 15-17 join Dr. Liebenson and his international team.

Be prepared for 3 days of learning how to bridge the gap from science to practice & rehab to performance. “That which enhances performance prevents injuries”.  This program is for both trainers & clinicians as we learn how to transition from participation ➡️ sport ➡️ performance. Raising ones floor dysfunction is the 🔑 to building capacity. This relates to frailty & fall prevention just as well as to groin or hamstring injuries.

SEE YOU THERE!
