👉Strength – 20 Min EMOM

✅8x KB S.Arm Side Lunges – Left – 3-1-1 Tempo
.
✅8x KB S.Arm Side Lunges – Right – 3-1-1 Tempo
.
✅40Sec KB Goblet Isometric Squat
.
✅2-6x KB Half-Kneeling S.Arm Press – Left & Right within the minute.
👉Conditioning – 10 Min EMOM
.
✅10x 12 KB 2 Arm Swings per minute
.
👉Tips
.
🔺Take 3-5 minutes rest between the strength and conditioning workout
.
🔺Drop the number of reps on the Strength workout if you don’t have enough rest between exercises – I suggest a minimum of around 20 seconds rest .
🔺Every exercise should challenge you to work at about 8/10 effort
