Video I created to send to clients for side plank cues. Emphasis is on:
- “Lifting ribs” to encourage an active shoulder complex and serratus
- Forward tilt of pelvis to encourage anterior chain vs posterior. Or for those who know how to hallow hold already, it’s a bit of reminder for that.
- top leg forward (versus back) just encourages the forward tilt of pelvis
- bottom hip up to encourage glut abduction on supporting leg.
Nothing wild but may be a good visual for others while they’re stuck at home.
