Complete the number of reps per each given exercise and have the rest of the minute off

Complete 3x sets of each exercise in a circuit format

Not had enough? Take 3 minutes rest and complete the same workout for as many times as you want
.

P.s On my KB Cleans I still need to bend my knees more! We’re all work in progress so avoid Perfection, get started, stick to key Principles of movement and work on improvements
